Usage

Brush brows upwards with a clean spoolie brush, then with the pencil use short and light strokes to mimic your natural hairs. Softly fill in any sparse areas and continue building up to your desired look. Apply the highlighter directly under the brow, on the brow bone, and then blend it for a fresh, natural look.. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
