Usage
To open the eye and intensify your lash line draw your Infaillible Gel Crayon in Back to Black along your top waterline. To do this look down into a mirror, lift the eye lid and draw directly into the root of the eyelashes.. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
